Mr. Shastri’s Intense Technologies odyssey began with the proverbial handful of dollars, a fecund imagination and limitless dreams. Under his leadership Intense grew from strength to strength to be eventually recognized as a global technology leader.

With his unrelenting thirst for growth, he has started two other companies – i-Trace and Pavisara: premier nanotechnology companies, which are into pain management (wearable medical devices) and mineral extraction from sea water respectively.

Ms. Anisha Shastri Chidella comes with a diverse experience of working with large enterprises, SMEs and startups. Her expertise lies in building corporate and product strategies. Having consulted for large clients in the Telecommunications, BFSI and Health Care industries, she comes with immense domain knowledge in these industries and a strong passion to solve problems. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, U.S.A and a Bachelor of Engineering, Information Technology from Osmania University. Currently, Anisha handles business strategy and overseas growth for Intense.

Mr. Jagannath, with over 35 years of experience including global exposure, have held leadership positions in Human Resource function with Otis Elevator Company in multiple locations in India and Mitsubishi Elevators in Dubai, overseeing HR strategy and execution across 15 geographic locations in GCC, Turkey, CIS, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Maldives.

In his current role as Consultant, Trainer and Coach, he enables organizational and people transformation across various sectors including Manufacturing, ITES, Aerospace, Power and Engineering Sectors, while also contributing to academia by sharing professional career experience with MBA students

Mr. Gopala Krishna Dhanyamraju is a veteran from Indian Air Force, is a 1st Class Graduate in Bachelor of Commerce. He has an experience of over 32 years in the Indian Air Force. He held prestigious positions as Senior Accountant Officer in various operational units and served as Joint Director Finance of Air Head Quarters Non-Public Funds. He is highly regarded for skilled leadership, financial integrity and exceptional teamwork. He is a vivid golfer.

Rajesh Kumar Agarwal, a Charted Accountant by qualification, is a senior management consultant, strategy expert, and investment analyst with over four decades of professional experience. He has strong expertise in manufacturing management, global acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial leadership roles (CEO/CFO). He has worked extensively with multinational companies, particularly in turning around loss-making units and setting up new projects across India and international markets.

Prithvi Tapadiya, a B. Tech graduate in Computer Science and a practicing software developer with experience in the IT industry, bringing strong expertise in software development and emerging technologies. As a young professional, he offers a contemporary perspective on digital transformation, technology governance, and innovation. He seek to contribute as an Independent Director by providing objective oversight and supporting ethical governance and long-term value creation.

Mr. Premananda Panda, FCA, is a distinguished Fellow Chartered Accountant with nearly three decades of experience advising corporate boards on strategic financial structuring, capital market mechanisms, and corporate governance. An expert in navigating complex legal and compliance landscapes, he specializes in SEBI regulations (including LODR, ICDR, and SAST), mergers and demergers under NCLT schemes, and cross-border transactions governed by FEMA and Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) frameworks. His extensive background spans both listed and unlisted entities, where he has consistently delivered execution-focused solutions that balance financial engineering with rigorous regulatory compliance.

Mr. Panda brings deep analytical acumen to financial oversight, corporate valuation, and strategic risk management. He is highly proficient in sophisticated financial modeling—including asset-to-equity and price-to-book valuation linkages—and the design of multi-layered corporate structures. Positioned to add immediate strategic value at the board level, his technical mastery and long-standing advisory tenure make him exceptionally well-suited for roles on Audit, Corporate Governance, and Strategic Investment committees, where he can provide robust independent oversight and safeguard stakeholder interests.

Amit is the former Global CFO of Ebix Inc, managing the Ebix Inc. Bankruptcy process along with administrative advisors and Board. Amit joined Ebixcash Ltd in March 2022 as the Chief Strategy Officer and moved to the role of CFO in April 2023. In December 2023, Ebix Inc filed Chapter 11 for its US entities along with a stalking horse deal of USD 400 million from a strategic buyer. Ebix exited the Chapter 11 through final sale of its remaining assets to Reorganized debtor.

Amit has almost 32 years of global experience with deep expertise in driving value and wealth creation through operational efficiencies, margin enhancements, cash flow management and strategic initiatives. He has a full repertoire that includes public issues and fund raising, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, M&A, investor relations, controllership, offshoring, operational efficiency projects, financial compliance and, managing global finance projects.

Amit brings an approach focused on partnering with the founders, promoters, management, investors and board, using a strong combination of business strategy, operations and finance to accelerate business performance and unlock value. His prior roles include Global CFO for NIIT Technologies (Coforge) and Regional CFO at Intertek. As the CFO for SJS Enterprises, he took the company public on behalf of the promoter Everstone PE. He has worked with global giants like American Express and Fidelity International in managing global functions and with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Amit’s many interests include mentoring start-up founders and young businesses. He is passionate about sustainability and can be frequently seen guiding founders innovating in climate tech. Amit has co-founded Winpe (Women in PEVC), a not for profit to enhance gender diversity in the investing ecosystem. Launched in Feb 2020, Winpe has leading global and regional private equity and venture capital funds as its partners to drive the diversity agenda.

Amit holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, has advanced education from Harvard Business School, and is a Chartered Accountant from India.

Ms. Ayushi is a corporate lawyer with transactional experience and holds a B.A. LL.B. degree, along with an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Laws from O.P. Jindal Global University. She has been involved in advising on a wide spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and amalgamations, corporate restructurings, and strategic transactions. Her experience spans end-to-end transaction support, ranging from legal due diligence and structuring to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

She possesses a strong grounding in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company law. Known for her analytical approach and attention to detail, she brings practical, solution-oriented insights and contributes meaningfully to efficient deal execution.
